This cut-and-paste activity includes a Google Slides drag-and-drop version and also includes a printable version. The student pages are in one separate PDF and the teacher pages are found in another PDF, along with the instructions on accessing the Google Slides.

Using the factor label method is an important skill in chemistry and this activity is meant to help students who struggle with using the factor label method to solve stoichiometry problems. In it, students will calculate how many water molecules are in a typical snowflake, among a few other snowflake-related questions. There are four "problems" but this assignment is short and sweet. This would be perfect for a shortened holiday-week class or when you have a substitute!

A teacher key is included as well!
